Our Club

The Rotary Club of Aylesbury Hundreds received its Rotary Charter in November 1990, and for more than 30 years the Club has sought to meet the “Rotary Mission” to put “Service Above Self”.

We provide support for local school programmes, and we hold competitions for youth development involving many schools.

With our fund-raising events we have been able to make donations exceeding over £300,000 to charities, good causes, local community projects, disaster emergency aid, and the Rotary International Polio Eradication programme.

The Club is twinned with the Rotary Club of Maisons Laffitte in France, with exchange visits over the years.

We meet on the first and third Monday’s of each month, in the evening, sometimes for Member business and fellowship meetings, and sometimes for Guest evenings with visiting speakers or for
social events. At other times we arrange social outings.

We have been successful in meeting our objectives, but we are always looking for new ideas and new initiatives to support the community, and with your support by becoming a Rotary Member or
a Friend of Rotary we can do so much more.
